Francine attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has participated in numerous weeklong photographic workshops at the Santa Fe Workshops in New Mexico and Toscana Workshops, Tuscany, Italy. She presently works as a professional photographer and teaches photographic workshops at Columbia College in Chicago.
