Quick Local Directions

If you get to French Lick from US150 ...
Take IN56 S through French Lick, IN from US150. 7 3/4 miles south of the 56/150 split is Hillham Road on the right.

If you get to French Lick by coming down IN37 from Indianapolis ...
Come south on IN37 to Paoli. Turn right onto IN56/US150 West then follow the above directions into French Lick on IN56.

If you get to French Lick by coming in on IN56 just outside Jasper, IN...
From 56 in Haysville, go (about 14 miles) through Crystal. Look for Nicholson Market on the left (it's a little white mom-and-pop store on the left on the outside of a right-hand curve.
The next left, a few hundred yards down the road across a small bridge, is Hillham Road.

Now that everyone is on Hillham Road ...
Take the 2nd right on Hillham Road (about 2 miles out). Note: there will be a small sign high in a tree on the right before you make the turn. The first turn (not ours) is on the way up a hill on the right. Our is the next one a flat stretch 'outside the trees'.
About a mile down that road on the left is our turn in.
There's a big ground sign in the field at this turn. Be careful, it's easy to miss the turn.

If you are coming from points north or east of Cincinatti ...
Don't be tempted to take US50 out of Cincinatti to cut across. Take I71 down to Louisville. Pick up I64 West and follow this across the IN line. Then take the US150 exit (Paoli). This is a much better ride and quicker, despite what Yahoo! has to say about it.
